ince 1931, Pacific Lumber & Truss has served the ever-evolving needs of commercial builders, home builders, remodeling contractors, and homeowners.
   Then, as now, Pacific Lumber has met and exceeded its customers’ expectations by providing premier quality building materials and highly experienced, knowledgeable service. We’re renowned for acquiring and retaining the best and brightest people in the industry.
   Most of our employees have served more than a decade in the building materials trade. And many of our sales consultants, craftsmen, truss designers, EWP designers, estimators and managers offer more than 20 years of experience with Pacific Lumber or other firms in the industry.

Steadily growing to serve you best

Since the turn of the 21st century, we’ve expanded our lines of quality building materials, added three new lumber yards and two truss manufacturing plants, and launched two new divisions—Pacific Door & Millwork, and the Lake Oswego Remodeler’s Center.
   Although we primarily serve customers in the greater Portland metropolitan area and southwest Washington, our service area extends to all of Washington, Idaho, northern California, and the Hawaiian Islands.

We partner with Roseburg Framing Systems and maintain more than $1 million in inventory in seven strategically placed lumber yards. More than likely, there’s a lumber yard conveniently located near you.

   We foster long-term relationships with architects, engineers and builders, all of whom bring years of additional knowledge to construction projects. Often, we can propose creative ways to optimize building designs, cutting construction expenses.
   We also staff inhouse truss craftsmen, who possess years of in-plant expertise and work hand in hand with our computer designers, ensuring accurate, practical truss solutions.
